Hi - at My Team Shirts we strive for the best delivery experience for our customers. We want your team to get into action as soon as possible. So...some tips for a great delivery:
- please include a phone number where you can be reached during the day...in case we need to clarify any information on your order or tell you anything about your delivery.
- ensure your address is complete, including correct postal code. This will help us get your package out as soon as possible!
- if possible, send your delivery to an address where someone is home during the day (like an office or a neighbor). We cannot control what Purolator will do with your package if you are not home in spite of instructions we might give. Sometimes they will leave it outside your door and sometimes it will go back to the depot. Frustrating....we know!
- if Purolator takes your package back they will hold it for about 5 days and then return it to us. If you are wondering where your package us check your tracking number or call us so we can avoid getting your package sent back to us!
- we will send you a tracking number when the package leaves our facility. Please keep this handy so you can check where your package is.
